What does Standard Delegate Conference Pass include? 

This ticket gives you access to the Conference and our Closing party on 2nd May 2024 plus access to our eComm Founders Sessions Fringe Event, a range of Social Activities and our Opening Party, all of which will be held on 1st May 2024 – the day before the main conference. You can find full details when booking your ticket here.

What do Training + Conference tickets include? 

Training + Conference tickets gives access to a full day of eCommerce technical training in a topic of your choice on 1st May 2024, and includes full training materials & entrance to Women in eCommerce Networking Session, all of which will take place in the same venue. 

You also get full access to the main conference on 2nd May 2024, additionally you will have access to both opening & closing parties and a social activity of your choice. Training courses will be on sale soon. 

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes – just email us at and we’ll arrange payment by invoice. Let us know how many tickets you require and which passes you would like to book. 

Are charity discounts available? 

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for delegates from charities and non-profits. Email us at for more information.

Are students discounts available? 

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for students with a valid university ID. Email us at for more information.

What If I Need To Cancel My Attendance To The Event? 

If you are unable to attend the event and need to cancel a booking, let us know in advance by emailing us at

Our reimbursement policy is as follows:

– For cancellations up until midnight four weeks prior to the event a 50% refund will be given
– For cancellations up until midnight two weeks prior to the event a 25% refund will be given

For registrations cancelled after this time, or for failure to attend the conference, no refund will be given.

Is Parking Available?

The nearest parking is McCausland’s Car Park which is 100 meters from the Conference Centre. You can find more information on car parking in Belfast here.

Can I Volunteer?

Are there sponsorship opportunities?

How can I find out when someone is scheduled to talk?

The conference schedule is now available. Please note, lineup and timings are subject to change. 

Are both days of the event in the same venue?

No they are not. However, we have chosen two great venues that are situated a two-minute walk from each other. Please check your booking confirmation and activity list carefully to ensure you arrive at the correct venue. 

Will Presentations be available?

We’ll be collecting all the speaker decks following the conference and will email all of these out to attendees. If you miss a talk you wanted to catch, don’t worry – you’ll be able to access the slides later. Please note: we cannot guarantee all speakers will be able to share presentations. 

Are breastfeeding facilities available? 

Yes, there is a designated room for breastfeeding, our crew will happily point you in the right direction. Please email us at for more information.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, lunch will be provided to all delegates on Day 2 (2nd May 2024) to meet a variety of dietary requirements. Delegates attending training (1st Mat 2024) will also receive lunch. 

Does the event have a cloakroom?

 Yes, we will provide a secure cloakroom to ensure your comfort at eComm Live 2024. 

Is eComm Live accessible?
