Richard Fraser is a customer success manager at IRP Commerce. His role involves maximising merchants’ profits by making best use of IRP functionality. He strategically communicates with eCommerce managers and account managers on what are the quickest and most cost-effective wins for their online operation. He helps merchants understand how they best utilise IRP to achieve their business goals starting with sales targets, margins and CPAs.
Within IRP Customer Success, the focus is to simplify the process of online selling – much of what Richard does is focus on the selling equation (traffic x conversion rate x average order value). He is quick thinking, is able to analyse key trends, can identify what works best for each sector and puts accountable actions in place with merchants to achieve long term success.
