With over fifteen years of experience in the creative industries, Noel has played a pivotal role in shaping Gymshark’s global brand strategy and creative direction. Noel’s career began in the music industry where he collaborated with iconic contemporary artists and achieved notable success, including the production of a platinum-selling record. Noel went on to found top brand development agency, R3Brand, which quickly became renowned for its viral campaigns and innovative strategies, and eye-catching work with high-profile clients such as Ministry of Sound, ROCNation, and Gymshark.
His work with Gymshark led to an in-house position as Gymshark’s Brand Director and his success in this role soon led to his appointment as Chief Brand Officer. During Noel’s tenure as CBO, Gymshark has grown exponentially, achieving a valuation of over £1 billion in 2020, making it one of only two British companies to attain ‘unicorn’ status with no prior funding Noel’s approach to brand building is deeply rooted in understanding and engaging with the Gymshark community.
His strategic use of social media, PR, and influencer marketing, alongside his commitment to creating meaningful brand experiences, have been key to Gymshark’s success.
