I am the Creative Director of Content, Marketing & Talent at Walk In Wardrobe, where I lead the creative vision across brand storytelling, digital marketing, talent development, and community engagement. With over 10 years of experience creating my own content, I bring a creator-first mindset to everything I do, blending strategy, creativity, and authenticity to build meaningful connections between brand and customer. I currently lead a team of eight marketing executives, overseeing content, campaigns, and live production across multiple platforms.

Over the past four years, I have played a key role in growing the Walk In Wardrobe community from 25,000 to over 177,000 followers. A major focus of my work is taking customers on a complete journey, from beautifully curated still content, to interactive live shopping experiences, and ultimately into face-to-face events that strengthen real-world connection. Our live streaming now reaches customers in over 50 countries worldwide, creating a truly global and highly engaged audience. Alongside marketing and content, I am deeply involved in the design and creation of our in-house clothing brand, Love Laura Xo, helping shape collections that reflect both our brand values and our community’s lifestyle.

I also co-host the Love Laura Xo Podcast, now in its 38th episode, where we share honest conversations around fashion, business, and personal growth. I continue to be driven by my passion for creating content that inspires, entertains, and brings people together both online and beyond.
