Duncan Graham, Managing Director, Retail Excellence. Originally from Nottingham Duncan has a wealth of experience in Irish retail since his arrival in Cork in 1996 where he spent 2 years with Marks and Spencer in Cork before relocating to Dublin. In 1999 he moved to Brown Thomas in Grafton street and spent 3 years as General Manager before taking on a role as CEO in the fashion industry. In 2011 Duncan joined Specsavers and became Retail Director covering Ireland, Scotland and Spain before joining Retail Excellence as Managing Director in 2020.
