At TikTok he led the Retail and eCommerce Lifestyle team, overseeing the growth of the likes of Represent, Adanola, The Hut Group, SharkNinja, eBay, Wonderskin, P.Louise, Wild, Next, ELF, Essence Vault and many more. And recently he released the book “Grow Like Tech”, which unearths the mindset and playbooks for growing like the most successful companies of all time. Dave is has now founded SCEAL, a growth and culture consultancy, working with various brands and partners to unlock transformational growth, from marketing to mindsets.
