Ciaran Lynch is a Northern Ireland Entrepreneur. Prior to setting up Gig Grafter, Ciaran was also co-founder of niftynosh.com, an award winning online takeaway food ordering platform which he established with his brother Barry in 2007. Following eight years of continuous growth and innovation, Nifty Nosh was acquired by Just Eat PLC in July 2015. The Gig Grafter concept emerged from Ciaran and Barry’s first hand experience in managing and resourcing a dynamic customer support service within niftynosh.
