Ben Hade is the Ecommerce Assistant Manager at Heavins.ie, one of Ireland’s most established family-owned retailers, with over 40 years of trading history out of Athlone. Over the past five years, Ben has driven the growth of Heavins.ie in the ecommerce space, helping transform the business into one of Ireland’s most recognised online retailers – most recently as Ecomm Live’s 2025 B2C eCommerce Website of the Year and Customer Service Award winners. At Heavins, Ben leads the digital operation across a multi-channel ecommerce stack spanning Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Social Media Marketing, while also managing SEO, digital marketing, content creation, and automation workflows. Ben brings experience from the sharp end of Irish ecommerce – balancing the operational realities of a hardware, garden, home, and electrical appliances retailer with the demands of modern digital retail across SEO, Email, Social Paid, and marketplace channels.
