Alison is Head of Performance Marketing at Gym+Coffee and a rising star in the digital industry in Ireland. Following a degree in Broadcasting and Film at DIT, she went on to study for a Masters in Executive Advertising. That brought her to Dublin advertising agency Boys and Girls, where she assumed the role of Account Executive. Alison then moved to New York City, where she held the position of Digital Media Specialist with agency Brand Definition.

She returned to Ireland in 2018 and joined the Gym+Coffee Marketing Team to lead the digital marketing function of the rapidly growing business. Over the past 4 years Alison has helped scale Gym+Coffee from a small start-up to Ireland’s largest and fastest-growing athleisure brand boasting best in class digital advertising campaigns. In 2019 she accepted the award for Best Ecommerce Start-Up at the National Start-Up Awards.
