Alice Kinsella is the Country Manager for Ireland at Moonpig, the UK’s leading online gifting platform. She leads Moonpig’s strategy and growth in the Irish market, driving initiatives that combine digital innovation, local relevance, and data-led decision-making to deliver joyful, personalised experiences for customers. Before joining Moonpig, Alice worked as a growth strategy consultant at Accenture, partnering with global FMCG and retail brands to develop strategic roadmaps, category growth plans, and digital trading initiatives. During her time there, she completed secondments with Accenture’s Global Innovation Hub (The Dock) and world-renowned creative agency Droga5, where she honed her expertise in brand strategy and creative innovation.
Her work earned multiple awards, including Best Digital Product Design Team of the Year at the Irish Digital Awards (2024) and the Global Business Growth, Innovation & Value Driver Award for a major telecommunications client. At Moonpig, Alice has been instrumental in localising the brand for Irish consumers, from shaping market entry strategy to championing partnerships with Irish brands, designers, and artists. She is passionate about the power of digital commerce to elevate local creativity, and about helping Irish brands connect more meaningfully with consumers through personalisation and storytelling.
