We’re still buzzing after an incredible Best Practice Visit to Gymshark HQ, where a group of Irish eCommerce CEOs and founders got a proper behind-the-scenes look at one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a surface-level tour. The day was packed with honest conversations, practical insights and open Q&As with the Gymshark leadership team.
We kicked things off with a full tour of the campus in Solihull.
We saw where product samples are developed, the spaces where teams collaborate day to day, and of course the on-site gym that keeps the brand’s fitness-first culture front and centre.
It’s one thing to see a brand online. It’s another to stand in the middle of the environment where it’s all built — from product to performance marketing to people strategy.
Throughout the day, we heard from leaders across Brand, Tech, Digital Marketing, People, Product and Supply Chain.
What stood out most wasn’t just the scale of the operation — it was the openness. The team shared what’s working, what’s evolving, and the challenges that come with scaling a global brand.
After a full day of learning, we swapped notebooks for trainers and headed to The Lifting Club for a group workout led by Danny Gallagher.
It was the perfect way to round off the visit — high energy, properly challenging, and a reminder of the culture that underpins the Gymshark brand.
A massive thank you to the Gymshark Team for generously sharing their time and expertise.
We’re heading back to Ireland fired up — with new ideas, fresh perspectives and plenty to think about as we look to level up our own businesses.
Days like this are a powerful reminder of the value of stepping outside your own four walls, seeing how others operate at scale, and bringing those lessons home.
