Yes – please complete the online registration process, where you’ll have the option to select ‘Pay by Invoice.’
Are charity discounts available?
Yes, we offer a 50% discount for delegates from charities and non-profits. Email us at hello@ecomm.live for more information.
Are students discounts available?
Yes, we offer a 50% discount for students with a valid university ID. Email us at hello@ecomm.live for more information.
What If I Need To Cancel My Attendance To The Event?
If you are unable to attend the event and need to cancel a booking, let us know in advance by emailing us at hello@ecomm.live.
Our reimbursement policy is as follows:
– For cancellations up until midnight four weeks prior to the event a 50% refund will be given
– For cancellations up until midnight two weeks prior to the event a 25% refund will be given
For registrations cancelled after this time, or for failure to attend the conference, no refund will be given.

Is Parking Available?
The nearest parking is McCausland’s Car Park which is 100 meters from the Conference Centre. You can find more information on car parking in Belfast here.

Are there sponsorship opportunities?

How can I find out when someone is scheduled to talk?
The full conference schedule will be available soon. Please note, lineup and timings are subject to change.
Are both days of the event in the same venue?
No they are not. However, we have chosen two great venues that are situated a two-minute walk from each other. Please check your booking confirmation and activity list carefully to ensure you arrive at the correct venue.
Will Presentations be available?
We’ll be collecting all the speaker decks following the conference and will email all of these out to attendees. If you miss a talk you wanted to catch, don’t worry – you’ll be able to access the slides later. Please note: we cannot guarantee all speakers will be able to share presentations.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided to all delegates on both days to meet a variety of dietary requirements.
Does the event have a cloakroom?
Yes, we will provide a secure cloakroom to ensure your comfort at eComm Live 2025.
Is eComm Live accessible?
Yes, all main areas of the venue are accessible including the main stage. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know at hello@ecomm.live.
