Helena leads the e-commerce strategy and execution for Ella & Jo, one of Ireland's fastest-growing premium skincare brands. Helena's expertise includes leveraging data and technology to drive sustainable, profitable growth. This involves optimising every channel - from DTC to social commerce - to work together and maximise both customer acquisition and lifetime customer value.

Niall Robinson

CEO & Co-Founder

Niall is the CEO & Co-Founder of The Casual Company.

What began in Co-Founder Mary’s box room has blossomed into a nationally recognised brand, thanks to Mary and her husband Niall’s dedication and hard work. In just a few short years, their Irish-owned, family-run business has become a household name.

At The Casual Company, the focus is on comfort, chic style, and thoughtful design—creating pieces that help women feel confident every day.

Paul Heavin

Managing Director
My name is Paul Heavin and I started working in the family business on April Fool's Day 2000 at the age of 14. I worked part time through school and college until a graduated with a BSc (Hons) Computer and Software Engineering. I then worked with a computer company for 18 months before returning to Heavins as an Owner in 2010. We are a family run hardware store in Athlone started in 1984 by my uncle Willie and now run by Paul and his cousin Derek. In 2007 we moved to our current premises, a 17,000 sq ft store. In 2019 we lauched Heavins.ie which has grown rapidly and now accounts for over half of the business revenue and employs over 40 people. We are part of the Topline Hardware Group and the Euronics Electrical Group. Since the lauch of Heavins.ie we have expanded our product range dramatically to include such lines at toys and games, jewellery, home interiors and even Lucky Ducks! We ship orders all over the country and soon internationally.

Kieran O’Brien

Director of Marketing & Communications
As Director of Marketing & Communications at Core Optimisation, Kieran O'Brien is responsible for all agency Commercial Strategy in addition to brining his vast experience to setting up new clients for success. Kieran O’Brien has over 25 years of through the line Marketing experience having worked as Marketing Manager of Compu b (now Select Tech) and Marketing Manager of Irema Ireland in addition to working with leading advertising agencies and PR houses including DDFF&B, Grayling PR, Murray Consultants and as principal of O’Brien Communications. Kieran is graduate of the University of Limerick and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, is a former eCommerce Chair with Retail Excellence Ireland and is a current Advisory Council Member of Digital Business Ireland

Macdara Duncan

International Sales Director
Macdara is a Live Shopping enthusiast with 10+ years of retail and branding experience with companies like Seasalt, QVC, Selfridges, Net-a-Porter and many more! Macdara now works closely with brands and retailers across the EU, UK, North America and beyond, helping them fulfil and exceed their Live Shopping goals. He is a true believer that Live Shopping is the future of e-commerce – and that the future is now!

Sam Gollings

UK Development & Success Manager
Sam has 15 years’ experience taking brands and products live, selling over £100 million through live selling. As a former Head of Buying and Sales for TV shopping networks and multi-brand e-commerce stores, he knows how to bring brands to life. Now, as Sprii’s UK Development & Success Manager, he helps brands launch, grow, and optimise their Live Shopping strategies – engaging audiences, boosting sales, and future-proofing commerce. A firm believer that Live Shopping is a retail revolution, Sam is passionate about showing UK brands that the future of shopping is already here.
