This week, we were thrilled to host the eCommerce CEO Retreat at the stunning Killeavy Castle Estate, in partnership with GoKwik and ADHERE Digital Ltd.

Exclusively for CEOs, Founders, and Managing Directors of Irish eCommerce businesses, the retreat brought together leaders from across the island for two days of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Two Days of Insight, Strategy, and Growth

Over the course of the retreat, attendees participated in interactive workshops and discussions, led by expert speakers, tackling the most pressing eCommerce and leadership challenges of 2025.

• Vinny O’Brien opened the retreat with a thought-provoking session on the state of eCommerce in 2025, exploring what defines the modern Irish eCommerce brand and how it continues to evolve.
• Duncan Lloyd followed with Systemising Profit in the 7-Figure Hype World, guiding attendees through a hands-on financial planning workbook focused on future growth, team structure, profit, and margin optimisation.
• Sam Mendes delivered an engaging session on Building A-Player Teams, unpacking the importance of hiring for your company’s stage, identifying top talent, and investing in a strong employer brand.
• Lauren Orlicky rounded off Day 1 with a session on US & EU Expansion, offering practical guidance and insights for brands looking to grow internationally.

The evening finished on a high note with a gin tasting hosted by local producers Killowen Distillery, including a few bonus pours of whiskey and poitín, followed by a relaxed Private Dinner at Killeavy Castle.

Day 2 kept the momentum high with Sean Duffy leading a session on creating shareholder value—exploring how great leaders transform vision into tangible results through strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a culture of readiness.
