When does the early bird discount end?
Super Early bird conference tickets will be available at a discounted rate of £149 + VAT until midnight on 31st January 2020. Early bird tickets will be available at a discounted rate of £175 + VAT until midnight on 29th February 2020.
Are Group Discounts Available?

Yes – we offer the following discounts for Group purchases:

10% discount for 2 or 3 tickets (use code GROUP10)

15% discount for 4 or 5 tickets (use code GROUP15)

For larger Groups, please contact us.

Can I pay for conference and training tickets by invoice?

Yes – either contact us or email us at hello@ecomm.live and we will arrange an invoice to be issued.

All invoices must be paid in advance of the conference start date.

What does the VIP ticket include?
The limited VIP tickets include access to the conference, workshops and networking drinks and a 3 course dinner at a top local restaurant including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The VIP Dinner will allow more intimate networking opportunities with our speakers and industry experts.
Are Charity/Not for Profit Discounts Available?

We offer a 50% discount for delegates wishing to attend from the charity/NFP sectors.

Please contact us to arrange your tickets.

We can also arrange for tickets to be paid by invoice.

What facilities are available on the day?
Complimentary lunch is also included in your ticket price. Free tea, filter coffee and water will also be available to all delegates.
Is parking available?
On-site car parking is available. The Car Parks are under the control of Odyssey Trust Company Ltd. Parking costs are as follows:
  • Up to 1 hour £1.10
  • Up to 2 hours £2.20
  • Up to 3 / 4 hours £3.30
  • Up to 5 / 6 hours £4.00
  • Up to 7 hours £5.00
  • Up to 8 hours £6.00
  • Prepay option £4.00 for up to 6 hours. This can be selected on the pay stations situated at the entrance/exit of the car parks.
Who is the organiser of the conference?
The conference is organised by Fandango Events Limited which also runs the NI eCommerce Awards & Growth Marketing Live. Fandango Events Limited is owned by Kevin Traynor. Kevin is a serial entrepreneur and senior digital business professional based in Belfast. He also runs Grow Consultancy – a digital growth consultancy with clients  across the UK & Ireland.
Will notes from presentations be available?
Yes – all presenters will supply slides from their talks. These will be emailed out to attendees after the event.
What hotels do you recommend?
Our preferred hotel partner is Radisson Blu which is a 4 star hotel in Belfast City Centre less than 10 minutes walk from the conference venue. Please call  +44 28 9082 0122 and quote eComm Live for a preferential rate. Belfast has a great selection of hotels to suit all budgets. Visit Belfast is a great resource for sourcing other hotels for your stay.
