Meet the speakers

Ian Madigan

Head of Partnerships
Ian is a professional rugby player with Ulster Rugby. He is also an investor and the Head of Partnerships at Dataships. Ian is passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexities of data privacy and using these regulations to the businesses advantage.

Sue Crowley

Head of Go To Market
Sue is a chartered accountant and ex-KPMG employee who has worked with the Dataships team for two years. Her primary role as Head of Go-to-Market is to help manage the Sales and Customer Success team at Dataships.

Joanne Kearney

Joanne Kearney is the managing director of digital analytics consultancy firm GlowMetrics. The business started in 2013 and has grown to become the only agency in Ireland to be certified by Google in their full suite of Analytics products. Operating from Belfast and Dublin, GlowMetrics helps companies collect, evaluate and visualise visitor data, collected from websites and apps to build customer stories and use it to optimise online journeys.

Paul Vallely

Managing Director
15 years experience building a retail business selling online & in-store through multiple platforms & channels. Focusing on people, culture & processes to deliver results. Now started our 2nd venture offering our operational expertise to other online companies who want to outsource all of their fulfilment needs to a company that intimately understands the pressures of meeting online service demands.

Kevin Traynor

Kevin is a serial entrepreneur who has worked in senior level digital roles in e-commerce, financial services, e-learning and publishing. As well as eComm Live he also runs the Irish eCommerce Awards, DeFi Conf and Grow Consultancy.
